hi
i just started using staxrip around a week ago
it seemed to be working fine
when i updated it to 1.1.0.1 from 1.0.0.3
i dint prety much understand using 1.1.0.1 and it took a lot of time comperred to the previous one on my pc
so i uninstalled it
and then i re installed 1.0.0.3 then it gave me a object reference not set to an instance of an object giving me 2 options
1 being bug report which when ever i try to open crashes and next is cancel after clicking shows me the staxrip with out any buttons and says Unhanled exception has occurred in your application
then after clicking on details

plz i dont know what to do and i want to use version 1.0.0.3 not 1.1.0.1 plz can u tell me a solution on what to do

thanks for the feedback. Usually I only support the most recent beta version. Anyway, you can try deleting the settings directory. Why don't you want to use the latest beta btw?

can u plz tell me how to del the setting directory
the new version was a bit to complicated for me + it was taking way to long to convert compared to the old one on my computer
in around the time it took for 1 ep the preivous version did around 3 eps
i think the probs may be in the setting for the new one but like i said its way to complicated for me while the previous one wasnt cause i learned it from a guide(at lest the things i need to know)
